The Debut of the Year award celebrates a new customer who has achieved remarkable success and impact within their first year of partnering with Skillsoft. This award highlights early adoption, effective use, and significant outcomes from the Skillsoft solutions, demonstrating improvement in Learning Maturity across their organization.
WINNER:
This organization has been chosen as the winner due to their comprehensive approach to learning and development that is helping to build a learning culture across the organization. By integrating Skillsoft content into their newly designed learning experience they have achieved notable engagement across a large workforce, equipping employees with the skills needed to thrive in their current and future roles. Their strategic implementation of the Vodafone Learning Organization and focus on career development and GenAI initiatives demonstrate a forward-thinking and impactful program that has been scaled across the business to change attitudes and behaviors to learning. Program of the Year
This award recognizes an organization that has developed and implemented a program with measurable impact for both the organization and its employees, using Skillsoft’s learning solutions. The program of the year award identifies learning programs that have innovative practices and demonstrated evidence of meaningful impact for learners and the organization.
Honourable Mention: VODAFONE
At Vodafone, reskilling and upskilling employees to help them thrive are key priorities. Earlier in the year, we worked with the VLO team to design a programme using Skillsoft and MIT-SMR assets to empower everyone to embrace GenAI. Since launch, 27,000 employees have accessed the programme and 44,000 badges have been issued.

Champion of the Year
Honoring the HR or L&D champion who demonstrates exceptional skills in leading and delivering transformational learning programs, in part by leveraging Skillsoft’s learning solutions. Additionally, this individual serves as an ambassador for talent development and has used innovation and ingenuity in their programs to better their organization. We have 2 awards, one for Public Sector and one for Private.
WINNER - PUBLIC
This large public sector organization has been able to shift from a very traditional public sector organizational approach to adopting digital learning aligned to their digital transformation activities. The enthusiasm and passion displayed by the team is infectious and shows in the results to date in transforming learning at HMRC.
WINNER - PRIVATE
This organization had a fragmented approach to learning systems and suppliers, and they knew they needed to have a more streamlined and effective way of delivering learning opportunities to their employees. They had a very focused and strategic approach to their learning transformation, with clear goal definition, sound governance, and scorecard-driven decisions. They engaged at the most senior executive level to sponsor and support their initiative. They also managed to decommission their legacy systems and free up time and money for more strategic improvements. They have successfully created a sustainable value and impact with their learning program, leveraging solutions to enhance their performance and culture. Congratulations to RABOBANK

With a comprehensive Global AI Learning Strategy that addresses the evolving technological landscape and client needs, this organization's phased approach to AI learning and significant engagement, demonstrates a forward-thinking and impactful program that aligns with strategic business goals. Impact Award – Partnership Collaboration
This award recognizes an organization that has developed a true partnership approach to working with Skillsoft. Engagement at all levels, shared objectives and clear activities to drive success of the partnership.
WINNER:
This organization took a partnership approach from Day 1. The collaboration with the Skillsoft teams has been exemplary, from the implementation, from technical site build, to sharing strategic priorities that we needed to align solutions to, through to reviewing their level of learning maturity to ensure that they continue to develop across the indicators, made this an easy choice. The winner is SCC.
Impact Award – Innovation in Program Design
This award recognizes outstanding achievements in creating and implementing innovative programs that drive significant positive change. This award celebrates teams who have demonstrated exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in program design.
WINNER:
This organization has demonstrated innovation through the roll out of a global learning solution, WE-Learn, ensuring consistent and high-quality development opportunities across their six business entities.
Integrating Percipio with Gloat Talent Marketplace has empowered employees to take charge of their career trajectories by leveraging personalized learning recommendations based on the skills associated with their aspirational roles.
Their commitment to excellence through impactful programs including a Global Leadership Development Program, Sustainability Academy, Cloud Experience and Behaviors Program in collaboration with Skillsoft, provided robust and relevant content, enhancing employee engagement and performance.
The focus on leadership and business skills development, technology skills enhancement, and compliance and risk management further underscore the organization's dedication to fostering a skilled and high-performing workforce. These efforts collectively showcase the team's exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence in program design in the WE-Learn Program.
