Add column filtering options to assignment detail by user report

I have several stakeholders who want to receive training report summaries for recurring assignments. The Assignment Detail by User report is perfect for this, but the report columns cannot be filtered.

My organization pulls in demographic data as custom attributes (gender, race, etc.), which is helpful at the organization level, but is not very relevant for stakeholders to see within these assignment reports, and I also feel uncomfortable with the thought of sharing that information too widely. Not to mention it would be nice to filter the report down to just the basics for easier readability.

These filtering options are available in the Detailed Activity report, which I use where possible, but this report does not capture the users who have been assigned to a course if they have not started it.

Hey @Kylie Thank you for passing this to us. We are currently working on revamping the assignment reports for recurring assignments and we will support column filtering options in these reports. You will see this by December.
