HTML Formatting for Descriptions & Emails

When we add descriptions to courses some tags are removed, like paragraph breaks and ordered/unordered lists. I noticed today that the descriptions look different depending on where you see them - the breaks are shown when you search for a course and the launch page is opened, but it's all run together if you use the View More link from the catalog listing.

There's no formatting for font colors, etc. in descriptions either.

The email notifications have the feature that allows us to input a "message" but the other email content like buttons, footer, and the access/login Percipio info can't be edited. In the Learning Program notifications I'd like to be able to move the Start Learning button lower in the email and I'd like to be able to remove this info:

You can sign in at: xxx.percipio.com

Login ID:[your_learner’s_login_ID]

Site Name (for mobile app): xxx

Thank you for your suggestion. We are looking at expanding the set of HTML tags allowed for Area, Subject, Channel, Journey and Dynamic content description fields in the near future. Stay Tuned.

As for the email templates, we have offered the ad hoc email tool but have not yet opened up the existing templates. I am going to tag @Melvin Gabriel for awareness and comment.
