Email Notification in Channel/Journey assignments

Hi there,

I know we have email notification/reminder in Assignments.

Can we also do that in Channel or Journey assignments?

Once we add a user in an audience associated with a Channel or Journey, there's an option to send email reminder/notification that they have been assigned to a Channel or Journey.

    I don't think Percipio supports assigning Channels. However, when a Journey is assigned, the users linked to that assignment will receive email notification reminders. This is an existing feature in the platform.

    Yes, that is what we are doing using ASSIGNMENT feature. We can send email reminders once they have new assignments.

    However, for the CHANNEL or JOURNEY, we are not seeing any option to send an email reminder/notifications once assigned.
