Ability to let the unknown curators curate and make the WIIFM connection without admin intervention.

We do not know who is 'curating' content for teams across our organization. Therefore, we can not give them elevated permissions in Percipio to create a channel or upload custom content. Custom content would need to be uploaded because in curating content for learners at our organization, we must tie in a strong 'what's in it for me' tie in with real work. More so, there are often 'actions' that need to be done alongside the learning experience. Without the ability to put written context in line with curated content channels, we end up finding teams across the organization simply pull links from Percipio an paste them into Excel documents (that either do or do not get distributed or even updated.) These Excel files tend to have directive 'tasks' or 'actions' for next steps after completing the learning - but again, the distribution of these Excel files is unknown, not trackable, and inconsistent. Without the day to day context and actions being aligned and explain and built in alongside the flow of work, Percipio Skillsoft content is always seen as 'extra'.

Idea:

Within the playlist feature allow the ability for a person to create 'Context notes' that let them create free text. Let them include links. Let them be able to share it their playlist as a link (of course a person would need an account in order to access the playlist.) Allow admins to elevate it to searchable.

Thank you

Hi @Elaine Barnes - thank you for sharing the context for this request. Specific use cases are always helpful in product development. Playlists do support a description and can be shared, but not in the more robust ways you describe. Thanks for the suggestion! Jen
