SAP SuccessFactors LMS Connector: Add Skill Benchmarks

When integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Skill Benchmarks currently appear as a Course (as an Item or Delivery Method) making them difficult to find in SAP.

Recommend adding Skill Benchmarks as an Item type or delivery method to allow for improved search capability and visibility in SuccessFactors.

Also recommend adding to the completion types allowing the learner, manager, and reporting to see the completed Skill Benchmark in their learner's learning history along with the score.

See current Item Types (i.e. Courses, Book, Journey etc.) and delivery methods.

    Hi @Tanya Sherin You can today add a delivery type and delivery method for Skill Benchmarks and CAISY (AI Assistant) in SuccessFactors. These are optional. If you do want to add them in SF, please do so and then submit a support ticket so we can remap the Percipio side.
