Custom Completion Certificates

Submitting on behalf of the customer & Dave Schaller: The customer requests a custom completion certificate to meet the requirements for Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) training and audit. According to ISO 1401 TDG Law in Canada, the certificate of completion must include two signature blocks—one for the learner and one for the manager. Additionally, the customer requests the removal of the following line item: "By signing this certificate, the learner and/or authorized individual attests that the individual identified as the learner is actually the individual who completed the final exam or knowledge feedback without assistance."
