[Skillsoft Percipio Release Notes] Announcing New Features to Help You Transform Your Workforce
Propel Your Organization and People to Grow Together
We continually release new features and enhancements based on your feedback and ideas. We want to share some recent additions with you here. You can review the complete list of changes in the August 8 Release Notes.
(1) UPDATE ON THE ROLLOUT OF THE AI ASSISTANT FEATURE — AVAILABLE IN THE COMING MONTHS
We are sorry to share that the rollout of the AI Assistant feature, initially targeted for launch on August 4, has been delayed. Our recent testing indicated a need for improvements to meet our expectations and requirements.
To help with improvements, we will release a new switch over the next week that will allow the AI Assistant to respond using the full capacity of ChatGPT if it first can't find a response within Skillsoft's guardrails. This setting will be on by default, but you can turn it off before the AI Assistant goes live if you want to limit the responses. You can find this switch when it goes live on the AI settings tab.
We are committed to delivering the best possible solution and appreciate your patience as we make these enhancements. Please look out for further communication about the availability of this feature and a more detailed timeline.
(2) MAKE DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS WITH EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
- Analytics are now available: You can access detailed analytics for your email campaigns from the campaign menu, providing insight on total emails sent, average open rates, average click rates, day-wise trends, and specific click counts. This enhancement helps you better understand the impact of your email campaigns.
- Admins can access Email Campaigns: You can grant permissions for learning admins and managers to access the Email Campaign page. Manage this from Site Settings > Role Customization.
For more information about email campaigns, see Email campaigns.
(3) TRACK SITES, LICENSE DISTRIBUTION, AND CONSUMPTION ALL IN ONE PLACE
From the License pool page, download the license pool distributions across all child sites in one CSV file. Easily track all sites, their license distribution, and consumption in one place.
To access, go to Content > License Pools, then select Download License Pool list.
(4) GAIN CONTROL OVER CRITERIA FOR CERTITUDE ASSESSMENTS
Authors can now set the minimum score required to pass an assessment in Certitude, allowing for greater control over assessment criteria. When learners take the assessment, the passing score is enforced.
(5) SUPPORT YOUR TEAMS WITH CUSTOM ROLES
The number of custom roles you can create has increased from two to five, providing greater flexibility in team management.
For more information, see Role Customization.
(6) ADD INDIVIDUAL USERS TO CHILD AUDIENCES
You can now manually add individual users to child audiences or upload them in bulk. Learning admins can also upload users to child audiences that they create, but only users in audiences that they own.
For more information, see Create audiences.
