New Interface: Learner View

• Since there is now the option to "Browse the full content collections" I would like the option to Filter by Collection when browsing content
• The Goals setting feature is harder to find only on the Achievements tab. It would be nice to have it in the left navigation on the My Learning page, or on the home screen back on the My Learning bar

I think the goal setting feature on my learning or home page is a good idea. It's quite hidden currently.
