PREPARE NOW FOR THE AI ASSISTANT

Dear Valued Customers:

We are thrilled to inform you about our AI Assistant feature launching on the Skillsoft platform in Q3. Here is an overview of the key benefits of this AI-driven solution:

AI ASSISTANT

  • Content Recommendations: Learners can launch the AI Assistant to receive personalized learning suggestions.
  • Interactive Support: Learners can converse with the assistant, ask follow-up questions, and receive guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Personalization: Adapts to each learner’s role, offering relevant recommendations and impactful support based on history and course completions.

We understand that preferences may vary, and not all customers may want the new AI feature available by default. If you prefer to opt out of having the AI Assistant turned on by default, a user with the role of Site Admin can log in and turn this feature off at any time before August 4, 2024.

To do this:

  • Go to the admin menu
  • Select Settings
  • Navigate to Site Configuration
  • Choose AI Settings

You will see a switch for AI Assistant on this screen, which you can turn off if desired.
