Religious Tolerance in the Workplace
Hello, I am looking for religious tolerance content to include in our Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity area. As a global organziation and the current religious climate around the world, we have employees who are requesting content around religion in the Workplace. Any suggestions or feedback about how religious inclusion is being cultivated in your workplace.

That is a growing area of DEI and especially in other markets than the US. This is something I will consider for the L&B roadmap as part of the DEI pillar. I cannot promise it will make it into this year's roadmap as it is already underway. I know from previous work I have done that organizations do start by promoting an inclusive culture and many set up faith-based ERGs — as long as those ERGs are diverse and not dominated by one faith. Hope that helps for right now.
