Enhancing the Management of Instructor-Led Course Completions
Per your response: "Once you mark a user complete/incomplete, you cannot change your action. We do not have anyway of overriding this functionality. If you would like to see this behavior changed, please submit an enhancement request. "
I would like to request the addition of a feature in Percipio that allows users to change the status of instructor-led training sessions between "incomplete" and "complete," and vice-versa.
This functionality would significantly enhance flexibility and accuracy in managing training records. It would enable instructors and administrators to:
- Correct Errors: Easily amend any errors made during the initial status entry, ensuring that records accurately reflect participants' completion statuses.
- Update Progress: Accommodate changes in participants' attendance or performance, such as completing missed portions of training or addressing unforeseen circumstances that prevented completion.
- Improve Tracking: Enhance the overall tracking and reporting of training activities, contributing to more reliable data for evaluations and audits.
Implementing this feature would streamline the administrative process and improve the user experience for both instructors and learners.
