Ability to grant completion to Journeys

in Percipio - Admin Role(s) Experience

As an admin I need to be able to grant completion to Journeys because some users may have already been thorough a specific training on a previous platform (as an example). Also, as an admin, I should be able to manage completions/waivers for users as per company rules.

    Thanks for your suggestion. We will consider this for the future.

    In the meantime, you can use the completion override feature to complete the items in the journey for the learner and then the learner can trigger the journey completion calculation by going to the journey. We realize this is not ideal for this use case.

    After further discussion, we do not plan to override journey completion because it is the content within the journey tracks that complete the tracks, and the tracks that complete the journeys. This is how it has been designed to work. We are in the process of creating more ways to trigger the journey completion after the content within it has received an override from you. Stay tuned.
