Notification Dropdown to Inform on the Learners License and Eligibility to access the content.

Based on feedback from learners, some of the content assign by their superior they can't able to access, however notification requiring the learners to complete is still there and current status is "DUE'. Upon checking with Skillsoft PIC, some of the content is co-related to the License access given to the Learners. For this case, the learners don't have the license assigned to him, however the Manager is assigning the assignment to him.

Hence, based on this feedback, I would like to propose a controlling point that can be incorporate in Percipio Site. During the manager assigning stage, I suggest adding in a set of control where the Manager will be notified either the Learners have access or not to view the training content based on their assigned licenses.

Logic behind will be:

If License was granted

During the assign of content → Skillsoft checked on License given to the targeted learner → If License was granted to learners (Yes) → notification dropdown in Managers Tab "Task has been assign" → New tab: Assigning of task Completed.

If License is not Granted

During the assign of content → Skillsoft checked on License given to the targeted learner →If License was not granted to learners (N/A) → notification dropdown in Managers Tab " Could not assign task due to learner's license is not available for this content structure (Mentioning the type of License needed) → New Tab: Assigning of Task Failed (with reasons)

Hope to have this feature which help a lot in content assigning!

We love this idea! We are moving forward with a "Check learner's access to content" step in the assignment workflow. It can take some time to check all learner's access, so the assigner may have to wait a few minutes to get the report back.
