Content Rule not showing up in Downloads?

I have created a Content Rule with 12 courses that need to be uploaded to Oracle. The message I receive lets me know the rule has been successfully created. When I open the Downloads page it does not show up.

Anything I might be missing?

    Hi James,

    Once the rule has been created, you will have the option to download the content selected in the rule in a couple of different formats
    Supplemental metada - a csv sheet of course information (duration, mastery score, thumbnail image url etc) for courses contained within your content rule.
    AICC packages - these are the course files of the content you've selected. They will be identified by their course ID (bs_acm16_01_enus etc). The download will be one zip file containing individual zip files per course.

    (The Sharelink and LTI references won't apply with this workflow use case.)

    Once you've selected the AICC packages option, you will be prompted to go to the downloads page or return to your Content Selection Rule page.

    A selection of 12 courses should only take 1-2 minutes to appear on the all downloads page.
