File Upload to "External Learning"

I think that it would be great if learners could upload pdf documents or other certificates of completion into the External Learning portion of their Activity. A link option is currently available, but we have need for additional results.

Also, it appears to me as though these types of External completions do not show up on Detailed Activity reports so that Admns. have no way to know that they were added.

    @Courtney Gardner I think we can consider this to support from learner UI.

    For the reporting part, we have launched a new report named Internal and External Activity Report which shows the combined data from Detailed Activity report and external learning import

    With our new launch of Certification Paths, learners are able to add PDF documents when completing a Certification Path as proof of certification. We are considering expanding this to the External Learning section. I will add this feedback.
