When I search for "managing up," in the search bar, this course is not in the initial results. Can it be tagged further to be found more easily?

Can it also be added to the "Managing Up" channel?

    I think this is primarily a curation issue. Given the title and description, it does sound like it should be curated into the Managing Up channel as well, and if it was, that should give Search the context it needs to return it with that search query. I'll reach out and see if it can be curated into that channel.
