Has anyone made a new calendar for Jan 2024? Goal Setting or something relevant to the New Year? Is there somewhere we can go to see calendars that have already been created and use them at our company? Seems like a waste of time to have the account manager make a new one if we can use a template of some that already exist?

Hi @Cathy Perez, I created this document with some examples of habit calendars. I hope this helps!

How are others promoting these habit calendars? Does the user have to come back to the original communication to click on each day or is there an option for them to subscribe and add these daily habits to their Outlook calendar? Trying to understand this feature better and how it's being used. Thanks!

Hi @Brittany! Great question! The habit calendar URL does need to be revisited each day and it is generally delivered as a calendar invite or scheduled email on the cadence you choose. The calendar can be customized by your account team to fit the cadence you choose so I'd say most customers will set it up for a daily learning break (I've heard of "5@five", ie. five minutes of learning at 5 o'clock) but I've seen some customers set them up as weekly instead. Daily programs generally focus on shorter, bite-sized content, while weekly ones might include full courses that provide a progressive learning experience on a particular topic.
Calendar events work well and would be my recommendation as they serve as a reminder to the user and can contain the link they'd need without having to save or find the original communication. It can also reflect the time commitment and reinforces to the user that its ok to schedule and protect time for learning (which can be part of your talk track 🙂)
Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions!
