Allow admins to add Custom Subjects to Skillsoft trainings

Allow admins to add Custom Subjects to Skillsoft trainings so that they appear on the Custom Areas/Subjects page. Currently, Skillsoft items have to be copied to appear to have Custom Subjects applied.

    Hi @Gina Spindler in February we released the ability to curate stock channels into custom areas and subjects. When you're editing a custom subject and search for content to add to it, Skillsoft stock channels will return in the search results, and can be added to your subject.
