Currently we are able to access offline content through the Percipio app but many web-based services also offer the offline access via desktop and we have several use cases to support the need for this feature to be added to Percipio.
Clients need the ability to access offline content via desktop as there are many situations where learners are not able to utilize the mobile app nor have access to the internet at certain times in a 24 hour period.

I have a client with a global workforce where sometimes wifi is spotty, but they have their work laptops with them. They're looking for this to be added.0

I have a two clients in which have secure sectors that require not to be able to be connected to the internet and therefore this option would be a great opportunity to reach those learners. Those clients include Government of Canada and Boeing.0
