Assignments & Collections/License Availability

Submitting on behalf of my client... When creating Assignments, warn Admin "This asset(s) is from a specific collection (eg SLDP)" or "There are not enough licenses available" or "This # of learners in the Assignment do not have access to the content Assigned". This information is valuable, especially for collections with fewer contracted licenses.

When the Admin searches for the content to add to the assignment, the search card includes a message showing which collection is required to access this content. Please advise your client about this message. We do not plan to try and track how many licenses are used/available at this time. (See attached image file)
