Request for Reporting Adjustment

Hello, 

I'm reaching out with a request from our administrators to adjust the current reporting functionality of Percipio. Currently, I believe only users who reach the status of "Started" appear on our reports (such as the Journey Summary by User report, for example) and the report therefore does not show lines for users who have not yet started their assigned Journeys.

If it's possible to adjust the reports so that it includes all users within a particular Audience, not just the ones in Started/Completed status, that would be ideal. Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions.
