Reporting - Course Title Filter
Lindsay
PATHFINDER
It would be beneficial if there was filter available to select one (or two) particular course title instead of only having the asset type filters to choose from. There are many times where I'm only looking for one specific course for a large audience and have to run a full learner activity report and then filter it in excel. It would provide efficiency to have this filter available in the reporting filters. This filter should work similarly to the new 'user' filter where you can choose one, two, three, etc. users at a time.

I was just working with some users who have the "learning admin" role; and we noticed that the score information doesn't roll up into the "Channel Detail by User" report... Would it be possible in the future to have the "score" column available in the "Channel Detail by User" report?
Our work around is for them to run a Learner Activity report.... but they are getting a lot of extra data as there is no "Channel" filter available on the Learner Activity report. I would also ask if it's possible to add a "Channel" filter to the Learner Activity report?
Thanks!!0 -
Hey @Lindsay Feller this is already in our roadmap. We are migrating all the reports into AG grid which has better filter option and you fine tune your report based on your need. In the starting of first quarter we will try to update user listing and user summary report and towards end of the first quarter we will update the learner activity report and gradually we will update all the reports.0

@Sanjeeb Sahu - this is fantastic news!!!
I was also wondering if a column indicating course status could be included in the majority of reports - i.e "Active" or "Retired". I find when running reports, it's hard and time consuming to match up the Content UUID as I have a number of courses that are retired that roll into my reporting. Having a column available with either an active or retired status would be so beneficial. Maybe as a filter, but at least just a column that is automatically included.0
