The attached document details the user experience when launching a configured Percipio Compliance from the Cornerstone LMS. This idea entails improving the course Player and/or Percipio Compliance configuration tool to reduce the user confusion highlighted in the attached document.
We recently launched Percipio Compliance within our Cornerstone LMS and this issue has quickly surfaced and has the potential to sour people's perception of our new Skillsoft platform.
Improving the User Experience like this means the user focuses on learning and nothing else. Course navigation should not distract the learner.
