Ability to download as a PDF

When it comes to the dashboard. we'd like the ability to download the graphs into PDF rather than downloading them as a Excel and then having to covert them back again. This makes it much more efficient to tell a success story to leaders.

    Hi Toby,

Thanks for pointing out the need here!

Just to provide a brief overview, we are always trying to improve our design to make sure the graphs and charts can tell a compelling story to satisfy the visualization needs on the dashboard interface already (this should be an on going effort). To support the visualization of those components, we do have some data tables on the dashboard which provides deeper insights to the learning data of the org from various angles, so by allowing them to download the Excel, we can allows them to "analyze" and "report" on those insightful data out of the dashboard interface based on their needs.

So far this components & data combination is our standard pattern, and most of the time our users will just do a screenshot on different components to suit their needs, but yes, we certainly understand the need to enable PDF download of the entire or a portion of the dashboard, and will explore some good approaches on how to visualize different components and angles to look at the dashboard via PDF downloads.

    Thanks again!

Thanks for the overview. I 100% agree that by downloading the Excel we get more flexibility to combine data, etc. Screenshots are a good alternative but the quality is not always very good. Either by downloading a PDF or even download an image, it would be easy (good experience ;-)) to get a high-quality overview.
