Reporting on Blended Learning Programs
We have been using the Live Courses for some blended learning programs. We like the ease of use in signing up for sessions and the fact that we can send a link to the page for registrations, which we can't do in our LMS. The issue I have run into is with reporting. We created a blended learning program that features 3 weeks of self-led learning, and culminates in attending a webinar on the topic. We offer several different sessions to choose from (they only have to attend one). We have assigned registering for a session to the participants (several hundred) and are tracking who has registered. The only way to get to this in Percipio is to download the roster for each session, and since it is a roster, it only includes the employee's name and email address. I would like a report at the course level, that lists what you can see for each Class when you choose Manage Roster, i.e. User ID, Name, Email Address, etc. and the class date.
