Wrapping or Bundling Languages for Deployment on TPLMS

I have received feedback from various clients who are asking for course packages that include all available languages they are entitled to bundled/wrapped together. This is something that some competitors offer. An example that I have heard a few times is when a learner launches the course, they are able to select the language they want to view it in. Having multiple course files for the same course is cumbersome and makes for difficult reporting.
One other item to add is that we do have a competitor that offers a single harassment course where learners just select which state they want.
