Percipio Live Homepage Banner

Client preference is that ‘frontpage display’ be a setting (yes or no) when creating a content item. (Consider that when restricting to supervisor view, folks who are working on the content development for the channel can’t see the channel. Or employees who don’t have direct reports, can’t see what’s in our custom leadership library and for subject matter to aspire to – I’d like the library visible to all regardless of whether the channel has a targeted audience.)

Hi @Kristina Koontz, I want to make sure I understand the ask. The frontpage display setting would show a particular asset on the Percipio homepage to everyone regardless of whether they're in an audience with access to that content?

Hi @Michael Murphy  I want to make sure you know this involves Percipio ILT/Live.  My client loaded a Live class that is restricted to leadership and a banner popped up on her homepage of Percipio with a link "View all Live Courses".  She wanted to know how she could turn off this banner because she didn't want everyone seeing it. I was told this banner is a function of Percipio and cannot be disabled.  My client said this means they cannot use Percipio ILT/Live functionality unless they are messaging and encouraging all their employees/lines of business to register. So she asked that I let you know they are unable to use it until this is rectified.  She is using an Audience in the meantime, but would like the banner to be a setting (on/off) when creating a content item.  Does that clarify?
