Reporting Range - Remove 1 Yr Limitation

Currently in Percipio, we can only run learning activity reports for a date range of one year. In our business, we are continually looking back multiple years for training records. In order to get multiple years of records, I have to run multiple reports and combine them. This is very time consuming. Please remove the 1 year date range limitation.
