Percipio - Please make it possible to review course offerings without consuming a license.

Many of our employees would like to take a look around Percipio to see what courses are offered before they commit to enrolling.  Many managers would also like to view course offerings so they can decide what course they would like their team members to take.  I would like this to be possible without them consuming a license.  It's similar to perspective new students having a campus visit before committing to their enrollment to a university.  Please create a role that I can assign employees just to review course offerings, not allowing them to start any courses.
