Would be great if learners would have visibility on their learning hours especially if their managers or L&D are asking them to complete certain number of hours as part of cultivating a commitment to learning

@Sheryl Alvarez This is on the roadmap. The first implementation will be to add a Duration column to the Activity page CSV download.
