Assignments: only emailing newly added people

Ideally I'd like to add a few folks to an existing assignment, instead of creating a new one. But if I do that, in order to send emails with the assignment information, it looks like I have to send an email to everyone, instead of just the newly added people.

    @Claudia Trapp Thanks for reaching out! Only new users should receive the emails as per design. If you observe that the existing learners are also receiving the emails, please reach out to support as it sounds like a bug in the system.

    Great! I probably missed it, but I couldn't find that specified in the documentation. FYI if by chance it's not there - although likely I just looked in the wrong place.
