When customizing the Welcome email templates, we would like a way to preview what the email will look like and/or send a sample to an admin.

    Am I mistaken in that there is already a Preview under the custom edit window that updates as content is altered above?

    Connected to this feature, I notice that the edit window currently requires me to use only the left/right arrows and does not allow the up/down or use of the mouse to reposition the cursor for editing supplemental text.  The ability to simply position the cursor where needed and type would be a timesaver for us.
