Admin Roles to Include Compliance

My customer has requested an enhancement. They have Learning Admin roles set up in Core Percipio, and these Learning Admins have access to Compliance per the security set up on their site.

At the present time, they have to first access the Percipio Learner UI before they can access Administrative Tasks. I believe this is a limitation due to the Learning Admin role not having an option to have access to Compliance as set through the role customizations within Core. Is there anyway we could put in a request with Percipio Core to request this role option be added to the Percipio Core roles?

My customer is looking for the capaibility of what Learning Admins should have Admin access on Percipio Compliance and which should just be learners (or a level other than Admin). 

Current functionality is when a user is loaded into Percipio, they are automatically inheriting the role on Percipio Compliance that they were assigned in Percipio. There is a workaround where this can be changed, but it is not ideal. Can we implement an easier way for customers to change the roles on the Compliance side and maybe an option to bulk upload separate roles within Percipio Compliance? 

Work around: 

If you load all Users as Learners, then go in and manually update in the user’s profile in Percipio to Site Admin, then it will maintain the Learner role in PC and allows Site Admin role in Percipio. I also tried to do a bulk upload for existing learners who were already loaded as Site Admin to change them to Learners, then did the same as described above and it worked.  Did also sign in and out a few times to make sure it stuck and it seems to be working as intended.

@Robbyn McGrath  To make sure I'm clear, this is a request to allow the "Compliance" menu option in Percipio to display for roles other than "Site Admin" only?  I assume there would be a need to make it configurable by the customer - e.g. some customers want Learning Admins to see "Compliance" while others would not.  Do I have that correct?

@Carla Sparks Tingle That is correct. The desire would be to add compliance as a custom option to give to only certain individuals.

@Carla Sparks Tingle @Robbyn McGrath We have role customization that is controlled by site admins. So we would need to add compliance for Learning admin roles and let site admins choose
