Report: access to specific asset, keywork, area, and/or subject

Use case: I want to see what content our learners have taken that involves Excel. Neither the content access nor learner report have a way to query this. This could be looking for key word in title of an asset ("Excel") or a navigation area or subject.

It would also be helpful to be able to look up access to a specific course.
