Add A Total User Count For Users In Assignment
Client wants a counter to let admins know of the total number of users who would be assigned a Percipio Assignment prior to launching a given assignment. (Once the assignment is launched this information is readily available but prior to launch one would need to sum up all audiences and users who have the assignment to get this number.)
