Agency specific access for passwords

As the only Site Admin for the DC government's eLearning platform, Percipio doesn't have agency-specific access for password resets. Currently, I am managing 400 + emails to our Percipio inbox for password resets due to a firewall issue my team is resolving with another agency, preventing their employees from receiving the password reset emails.
The agency-specific access for password resets feature would allow dedicated Learning Admins to assist with only password resets as other secure features remain with Site Admins such as myself. The proposed feature would cut down on complaints regarding delayed responses as employees are reprimanded for not completing their required mandated assignment(s) since they cannot access Percipio or receive a reply back promptly because there is only one dedicated person who responds to all 400 + and counting emails.

The Learning Admin Role is allowed to reset passwords for a learner as long as the User management privilege is turned on for that role, AND they are owners of an audience. This is the way that you can distribute the work of managing passwords for your organization now. Check out this article in the Knowledge Base
