Ability to query content status report

I'd like to be able to search for only content with relevance for our group, and would like to search for retiring content that folks have accessed or admins have used.

Hi @Claudia Trapp thank you for your question! Since we created the All Content Listing report, our long-term plan is to eventually retire the Content Status report. I don't currently have a timeline for that but the idea is to replicate the functionality that the content status report offers in the All Content Listing. @Sanjeeb Sahu has planned work to include information on retiring and retired content that should help admins understand what content is being used by learners. We also plan to have a replacement workflow (likely in Q3) that would let admins automatically replace content that is retiring or retired with its specified replacement. This would list the content that is impacted as well as the places an organization has the original content curated, and let admins choose where they want to make the substitutions.
