Addition of Coaching-centric Content

GUIDE
Currently, there is limited coaching content in our existing collection. I have had multiple requests from the Dept. of Veterans Affairs to include more. Here are statements from the VA as to why the recommendation for additional content:
- Trending Interest: As previously voiced, coaching is not just a fleeting topic. It’s an evolving paradigm in LD and transcends just the federal space. By delving into this area, Skillsoft could be at the forefront of this growing demand.
- Professional Development: Emphasizing coaching helps nurture future leaders and empowers employees to take charge of their growth. This aligns seamlessly with Skillsoft's mission of fostering professional growth. Just the mere focus on coaching will result in self-reflection and increase self-awareness to other training they should consider on Skillsoft.
- Diversified Offerings: By expanding into coaching-focused content – be it a bootcamp, books, or a dedicated leadercamp – Skillsoft can cater to a wider audience and needs, increasing its market relevance.
- Competitive Advantage: Not many platforms have robust coaching content. Skillsoft could be a pioneer in this space, offering unique value to its subscribers. I think also that it would provide an opportunity to showcase the group coaching services available through Skillsoft too.
