Selection method for any assignment

Hi,

I would like to request for enhancement for any assignment several users are aware and in such assignment I would like to provide selection method if they have done that in past so they can save their time but should take their preffered selection method so can you please consider this.

for my organization I am assigning IT tool training and some employees already done that and they would like to skip so if i provide them an option to go over with selection and I am fine to manage two assignments in backend with their preffered selection.
