People learn through stories - situation where mediocre content is replacing good content

I see "Encouraging Team Communication and Collaboration" is being retired. The replacement content is listed as Leading in a Hybrid Workplace. I see this as a huge step backwards for your content.

Basic human brain stuff research about learning, which I'm sure your team knows, indicates we learn through stories. Don't tell me "listen closely"  - tell me a story when that did or didn't happen. 

"Encouraging Team Communication and Collaboration" includes actors showing specific situations. "Leading in a Hybrid Workplace" has a bunch of lessons with no application, no actors, no stories (it doesn't have to be actors!). Just an anonymous narrator. This is a huge step backwards.
