Assignment Time Zone

Hello, I'm requesting that all settings when creating an Assignment are reflecting the local time zone versus GMT. In the Duration specification it's still in GMT; and when setting up the notification it's also still in GMT. This causes issues when setting up the notification date and time as it's not in the local time zone. I know there has already been work on Assignments to reflect local time zones, but it would be nice if all sections when creating an Assignment are reflective of this. Screenshots attached.

    @Lindsay Feller - Thank you for the great suggestion! There are few enhancements on the way and we are planning to support the timezones in Assignments
