Manager Visibility on Scheduled Content

Managers should have native functionality to see what ILT courses their audiences have registered for. Something just like the "My Live Courses" but for people that are in their audience. Currently there is no report that allows managers a simple view of upcoming training for their audiences.

    Hi James,

Today we have a status column in the Detailed activity report, you can use the column filter to filter live courses in different statuses, hope that helps!

    Thanks!

Hi @Bowen Yang, thanks for the update. However, the detailed report only shows the course title and not what session the learner has signed up for. This means I can see they have signed up for a session however I cannot see "When" the session is. This makes workforce planning difficult. From what you've shared, I don't believe a suitable solution has been implemented.

    Cheers

    James

Today our live course (ILT) content page can tell you the following info, which I think can give you a pretty good understanding of what’s going on in the live course domain, and satisfy the need to know what time will something start for workforce planning purpose:

    1. what course-class-sessions do your organization have
    2. when do they start
    3. what’s the status of a course/class
    4. how many people have registered it

It’s under content tab - live course, I hope it helps for now!

Thanks Bowen. However, I need my managers to be able to get this information. And while, I can grant the manager role the ability to manage ILT, it also gives them the ability to edit course information as well. This is not access or functionality I am keen to provide my managers.

Being able to report on ILT sessions seems like a reasonable requirement, no?

@Bowen Yang any further updates? This is a relatively large pain point for our organisation at the moment.
