Hide Journeys and Channels for learners where no content is available to them

Hi team,

Currently, if a learner has a Skillsoft collection assigned to them, any journey/ channel with Skillsoft content is visible to them.

This is notwithstanding / even if none of the content in this said journey is available to the learner.

For eg.

-Learner is entitled to only "Tech & Dev" through his license distribution.
-The custom journey "Leadership" has some skillsoft content, but none of these Skillsoft content are distributed/ entitled in his account.
-This learner still sees the journey, but when he opens up any of the content, it gives an error/ blurred screen.
