Show Unavailable sessions Option - Site wide setting
Customer would like to have a site wide setting to switch OFF/ON the show unavailable sessions for Live Courses - see attached email with screenshot
We want people to see all class options and register on waiting lists should the classes be full so we have an understanding whether additional cohorts are needed. Currently all ILTs fully booked are showing as Unavailable.

@Jude Mato-Marante are you referring to Skillsoft Bootcamps? Apologies, could not view the screenshot. We know you can configure waitlist for the custom ILTs, so assuming you are referring to Skillsoft Live Courses?

Hello - If waitlist is turned on, the class will show as Full with an option to join the waitlist. If this is a custom ILT, the admin can then download the list of waitlist attendees or move people off of the waitlist.
In addition we have an option to "get notified when new classes are available". Admins can download this list in the ILT Management section for custom ILT to gauge interest.
