Compliance Time-Stamp Add to Learning Program Report

can the time-stamp option that is in the Group Report, Training Status report be added to the Group Training, Learning Program. This is needed for a client to be able to run when a learner completed not only the learning program as a whole (Group Report, Training Status) but also when they completed each piece of the content with in the learning program (Group Training, Learning Program.)
