Audience Creation Option to be added to Learning Admin Role

Customer would like to have the option of create audience added to the learning admin role as they do not want to give someone site admin access but would like for them to put them in an audience.

    Thanks for your feedback @Jude Mato-Marante Currently, we have a feature in Beta phase where learning admins can be added as Audience administrator and will be able to create sub-audiences and add/remove people who are within their scope. I can get on a call and discuss the details with you
