SLDP Course Confusion
I keep running into an issue where I assign an employee a set of courses, and in the middle of completing the courses they receive an error message saying they do not have the proper license to access the course. There is no way for me to tell which courses require a leadership license vs those that don't. I know I can download the catalog and cross reference each course before I assign it, but that is time consuming and not a legitimate solution. I suggest adding an indication of which courses require a leadership license somewhere in the title, this would save a lot of time and effort. Thanks for your consideration!

I agree. The cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets is not efficient and not a good alternative. I have run into the same issue over and over. It would be nice if the courses themselves showed which license they fall under (Business, Leadership, Tech & Dev, etc.) as well as an EXPIRATION date. These fixes would greatly improve how admins or managers assign courses. Thanks for submitting this recommendation!

I agree with Amy and Lupe - We've just added the SLDP content for 2024 and already I'm running into this issue. Would very much appreciate this small but meaningful enhancement! Thank you for considering :-)
