External Learning Enhancements

1. Admins to have the ability to bulk upload external learning
2. Manager and admin ability to input external learning on employees’ behalf
3. Learner Activity Reports to have the option to include external learning
4. Managers to have access to employees’ external learning AND ability to report on them
5. Approval workflow for when a learner inputs their own external learning – options for manager and admin approval to approve employee’s external learning input
6. Employees have the ability to pull their external learning report from their activity dashboard but it only includes limited data; in particular, it does not include the course/asset’s total learning hours

I'm interested to get an update on this enhancement request. This is a feature that we would also like to have in LMS, in fact a lot of our HRA staff are requesting for this. Thank you.

Hey @Rayna Sheldon thank you for passing this. We have already added this to our roadmap and some of the item will go live in Q2/Q3 time frame.

1. We will have this implemented in Q2 
2. Add external learning feature we have plan for it in Q3
3. Learner Activity Reports to have the option to include external learning: Future consideration 
4. Managers to have access to employees’ external learning AND ability to report on them . Sanjeeb- we will have list view for external learning implemented in Q3
5. Approval workflow for when a learner inputs their own external learning – options for manager and admin approval to approve employee’s external learning input. Sanjeeb- Future consideration
