Percipio Live Course registration - Easy access and reminders

When you register for a live course, that registration should show up somewhere on the home page. The home page has a "Resume Learning" or "Continue where you left of" area that lists the online resources you have started and gives you quick / easy access to them. There needs to be something similar for registrations for live courses / bootcamps. As the start day approaches for the live course, the home page should alert the user.

Percipio does send an email with a meeting invite when you register, but that is not enough. Allow the user to configure reminder notifications for themself at the course level: When I want to be reminded, how often, and how I want to be reminded.

The Live courses are powerful, it's a shame that people may forget and miss one they have registered. Make it easy to see what I have already registered for. Thanks

Hi @Bernardo Suero - apologies for the delayed response

There have been several advances to mention that align to your suggestions.  In December, the "reminder series" was released.  Now learners will receive 3 reminder emails before their class starts (1 week, 3 days, and 1 day before) we hope this will help alleviate the forgotten classes.  At the end of last year the homepage was updated to group the Resume Learning, Assignments, etc into My Learning.  In the next few months Live Learning will be added to that section as well which will list the classes the learner is registered for.  (similar to your suggestion) Watch for updates about that.  I also want to note, there is a notification on the homepage for the day before a learner's class starts, just under the search/promotion banner, but it could be more prominent.

We will continue to look for additional ways to help ensure learners attend classes they have registered for.

    Thanks for your feedback!
